You can qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program in several ways:

  • by being part of other government assistance programs

Only one discounted service is permitted per household under the ACP guidelines.

Activation Time for Your Device We ensure your phone or tablet is ready to use, activating it prior to delivery or upon collection from our representative.

Yes! If you have an unlocked and compatible device, we can set it up with just a SIM card.

A household includes either a single individual or a group of individuals living at the same address who share both income and expenses. The ACP allows only one wireless account per household. Separate households living at the same location, such as in homeless shelters or nursing homes, also qualify, as do those with temporary addresses.

It will take around 1 to 2 weeks to receive your tablet after getting approval from Lifeline or Affordable Connectivity Program.
